Once you have received the online check-in invitation via email, with the appropriate link (it will be sent to you 29 days before your arrival date), you can access the dedicated area and fill in the fields indicated with the data of the holiday guests. All the required data must be filled in, as they are the ones requested by the Municipality, Province and Region, for communication of the people in each resort.
Go to the "Holiday Homes" section and choose the property thatsuits your needs. Once you have viewed the quote, confirm your booking directly online! A few simple steps are all it takes.
If you need to make a change to a confirmed booking (either by date or accommodation), you can contact us by phone or email, and we will work out how to proceed together, also depending on availability.
The quotation shown includes the compulsory costs, i.e. rent, final cleaning fee, handling fee and agency commission. A tourist tax will be added on site, applied according to local regulations.
Optional extra services are as follow:
- linen hire, € 5 per bed for each supply requested
- upplement for animals, where allowed, € 5 per night (to be charged for a maximum of 14 nights)
- hire of camping cot, € 3 per night
- agreements with local bathing establishments, which we can recommend depending on the location of the chosen accommodation.
To confirm your booking we require a deposit (to be paid by bank transfer) of 30% of the whole booking value. You will receive instructions by email after confirming your booking. The balance will be paid directly on site during check in.
If you need to invoice a company instead of a private person, you can state this when you check in online.
Cancellation is free of charge up to 30 days before check in; after this deadline, the deposit will be refunded if/when the house is re-rented. In case of travel bans, due to national or regional directives, you will be sent a voucher equal to the amount paid, valid for the following year.
To request a refund you must send a written notice to info@fuedimmobiliare.it. After you have cancelled, you will be notified of your right to a refund, then we will make a bank transfer
If were imposed travel bans, due to official guidelines, you will receive a voucher equal to the amount paid as a deposit, valid for the next year and that you can use until September 2023.
No worries, cancellation is free within 30 days from check in.
The check in will take place at our main office in Sirolo, Via Giulietti 170; the entrance will be allowed to only one member of the group to avoid overcrowding. As for the building, cleaning and sanitation will be performed at every change (following the specific guidelines), by certified and authorized cleaning companies.

Some of our houses are 'Pet Friendly'. Make a search by selecting "pets allowed" in the search filters. For this service there will be an extra charge of €5 per night.
